Tasks :

After thorough review and analysis of existing web portal and mobile Applications for hiring process of various vertical and yacht crew in particular following major tasks were identified:

·         Yacht Crew Application provides connectivity to Yacht Crew website as well. This application is unique in a way that it is more specific to crew member hiring for Yachts and Luxury Boats.

·         In a future version of the Applications client is planning to have One-on-One Video chat as part of hiring process along with Video Profile.

·         Application would also have bulk job posting and candidate listing for Agencies to save time and efforts.
